DomusCalc is a personal project run from the United States. Because the site is also offered to visitors in the European Union, this page is written to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to controllers outside the Union when they offer services to people inside it.
What you type into the calculators never leaves your device
The calculators run entirely in your browser. No request sends your room measurements, your recipe ingredients or your air conditioner's power anywhere. Nothing is stored, nothing is transmitted and nobody sees it.
If you use the copy-link button, the values travel inside the address you copy, which only you share, with whoever you choose.

That is the whole list. No analytics, no pixels, no profiling, no automated decisions and no special category data. DomusCalc has no user accounts, so there is nothing to register.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd. and HOSTINGER, UAB, Lithuania), and the pages are served from its servers in the United States. Hostinger acts as a processor under its own data processing agreement and is the party that generates and holds the logs in the table above. The domain's email runs on the same infrastructure.
Beyond hosting there is no other recipient: no measurement tool, no third-party service and no disclosure to anyone.
International transfers
If you visit from the European Union, your request reaches a server in the United States, so the technical logs are processed there. Hostinger states that it has concluded transfer agreements with its own processors based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. This is set out here because it is a verifiable fact about how the site runs, not as a guarantee of compliance.
Cookies and browser storage
None at all. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no
localStorage, no sessionStorage, no local databases and
no service workers. The site's typefaces are served from this same domain, so
your browser makes no third-party request when a page opens. The
cookie policy sets this out in detail.
Advertising
The site is built to carry Google AdSense advertising, but it shows none today: the reserved slots are empty, no advertising script is loaded and no request reaches an ad server. If advertising is ever switched on, this page and the cookie policy will be updated before it happens, and visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be shown a consent manager that lets them accept or reject advertising cookies.

Children
DomusCalc is not aimed at children and asks nobody for personal details. With no sign-up and no forms, there is no route by which a child could submit personal data through the site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for processing to be restricted, for portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@domuscalc.com and the reply goes to that same address.
It is worth being straight about the scope: server logs cannot be traced back to who you are, so acting on a request about them would need something that locates them, such as your IP address and roughly when you visited. A request about your email, by contrast, can be handled at once.
If you live in the European Union and think the processing is wrong, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country. Visitors in the United Kingdom can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
